With 9 Grammy nominations and a lineup of charted hits, Third World is one of the longest lived Reggae bands of all time, and one of Jamaica's most consistently popular musicians among international audiences. Mixing in elements of R&B, funk, pop, and rock, dancehall and rap, their style is the ultimate reggae-fusion.
Winston Irie migrated from Guyana to Brooklyn in the ‘70s, where he connected with like minded individuals and began writing, recording and performing socially conscious, highly spiritual and delightful tunes. His selective style blends reggae and ska melodies, drawing inspiration from his Ethiopian Orthodox faith.
One of the nation’s hottest reggae-soul bands, Leon & The Peoples is led by actor and singer songwriter Leon Robinson.
